• Response by Dave Crowthers: Are you the pool manager? If not perhaps he/she has you benched/suspended/deactivated ? I suggest you contact the pool manager by clicking on HELP >> CONTACT POOL MANAGER and request reasoning why. They in turn can contact the website if there is a problem. - 21-Mar-09

TIGERIITH: - Now that the pool is active, how do I see all the picks by another player. On the standings page it says "Click on name" but when i do so, nothing happens. - (20-Mar-09)

• Response by TIGERIITH: Fooled arong a little more and answered my own question -- It says to click on name on "with all picks" screen and it does not work. It does not say top do it on the "With Top 8 Pikls" but it works there. n Another proof of Murphy's law. - 20-Mar-09

• Response by Dave Crowthers: The website can activate any member, but it is the responsibility of that pool's manager to activate/deactivate members. This is done by going to POOL ADMIN >> ROSTER >> selecting the member to be activated by checking the box next to their name, and clicking on "activate" at the top of the roster. Then click SUBMIT CHANGES at the bottom.--- If you are NOT the pool manager of your pool, I suggest you contact the pool manager by clicking on HELP >> CONTACT POOL MANAGER and request activation. - 20-Mar-09

• Response by Dave Crowthers: Pool managers can boot, suspend, or bench players by going to the roster, choosing the player in question by checking the box to the left of their name, clicking on the "action" at the top of the roster, and clicking on "submit changes". Best to suspend these players, booting is permanent. You only pay for those players with picks in. If no picks are in, you are not charged for those players. - 19-Mar-09

• Response by Dave Crowthers: Only the pool manager can enter late picks. This is done by clicking on POOL ADMIN >> ENTER LATE PICKS . The late picks will be flagged so others in the pool, will know they were enterred late. - 19-Mar-09

Are you clicking (as the Pool Manager name) on POOL ADMIN >> ENTER LATE PICKS >> and selecting the player picks to be changed on the drop down? If so perhaps a firewall/program is blocking you. • Response by Dave Crowthers: Either have seperate accounts* (*seperate email addresses) OR add extra picks as an alias. This is done by clicking on HOME >> MY ALIASES >> CREAT A NEW ALIAS . This creates another identity that add picks, but the member name MUST be unique to the website. Can't have two "JOHN SMITH"s on this website. One would have to be JOHN SMITH-1. - 19-Mar-09

• Response by Dave Crowthers: Convert merely means that you want to "convert" an alias to a full fledged member, by assigning it a new email address. He'll no longer be an alias and he can do his own picks under his name. This happens when someone who never had a computer to do his picks, now has computer access. - 19-Mar-09

• Response by Dave Crowthers: You can change any pick up until the pick deadline for your pool. Just click on the chnages you want and be sure to click SUBMIT. After your pool dealine has passed, only a pool manager can access changes. This is done by clicking POOL ADMIN >> ENTER LATE PICKS . Such late picks will be flagged so all pool members see that a late change was made. - 19-Mar-09

• Response by Dave Crowthers: Pool managers can boot, suspend or bench anyone in their pool by going to POOL ADMIN >> ROSTER . To the left of the person's name, you'll see a box. Check that box. At the top of the roster, you'll see *actions* such as boot, suspend, activate/deactivate, bench. To permanently remove this person, you click BOOT (they no longer have access to your pool). To suspend this person, you click SUSPEND (they cannot enter picks or view the pool). To bench, click BENCH (they still have access to the pool, but cannot enter picks). After clicking the action you wish, click on SUBMIT CHANGES at the bottom. NOTE: It is always best to suspend players, because booting is permanent and cannot be undone. If the player wishes to play in the future, he can be reactivated or unsuspended or unbenched. - 18-Mar-09

• Response by ADMIN: I just checked your pool settings and it should be hiding picks now. For the others with the same question, you have to write the website to change your hide picks setting. We don't want people switching it back and forth so we are handling it at the website. - 16-Mar-09
